Red Lip Society

Unless you are completely new to The Red Lip Society, you know I am a sucker for dolka dots. I think it all started the first time I saw Julia Roberts in the polka dot dress during the polo match in “Pretty Woman.”

I saw this polka dot maxi and it called to me like the sirens called to Jason in the Odyssey. If you follow me over on IG you’ve probably already seen me talking about it.

I kept it simple with this first look. Strappy heels are a staple in my life! I added this belt for a bit of interest and to break up the dots. If the pattern is too much for you, you could go with a solid color of your choice.

For this look, I paired the dress with my favorite white blazer. I’m wearing a small. Again, I’m wearing a pair of strappy heels for my dressed up look. I got my red clutch in a little boutique in Madrid several years ago. When I travel, I love to get a little something to remember my trip by that I can actually use and not just sit on a shelf or store in a box. Here is a cute bag that is similar.

I love this black vest look! The vest I am wearing here is old, but the one I tagged is very similar. I paired it with this hat to finish off the look.
