I haven’t done a capsule wardrobe post in a while! A capsule wardrobe isn’t a box of “only wear these”, but instead gives you a firm foundation to build on.

Below are just a few staples for the 2023 Winter Season!

I love these black trousers by Everlane. They are a little on the high side money wise but they will be wearable for years. I selected the black ones for this post, but any of the colors would be a great buy for a capsule wardrobe.

I just feel like this half-zip stripe knit pullover is a must! It is definitely a modern basic. You can find them in all different price ranges like this one from Walmart. Walmart has been stepping it up lately! I also like this one from New York & Co.

I like big handbags and I can not lie! But sometimes you just can’t be fighting with a bag and need your hands free. Every classic lady needs a good crossbody bag. Just big enough for your phone, wallet, and, of course, your red lipstick. This one from Target is really cute and only $30 at the time of this post. I also really like this one by Fossil.

A soft sweater dress is such a staple piece. I love this one by Mango. You could easily dress this up or wear it casually. If you aren’t a fan of a turtleneck, I also really liked this one.

I stated in a post last winter that I thought we were going to be seeing the return of the Ugg (where’s my millennial sisters?!) and, I don’t know about you, but I have been seeing them everywhere. If you like them, but you aren’t sure you want to spend full price on a big name brand, I found this pair on Amazon that has good reviews.

Every classic lady needs a good pair of black boots for the winter, like these. I also love the shape of the heel on these.
