It is absolutely beautiful outside as I am writing this. So beautiful that I decided to go for a walk in my neighborhood and was pleasantly entertained by my fellow Nashvillians. I passed a man running that looked just like Forest Gump, long and unkempt beard included, and it was all I could do to not yell, “Run, Forest! Run!” A little later I passed a gentleman singing George Strait’s “You Look So Good In Love” at the top of his lungs. He stopped just long enough to say “Hello” as we passed.
I find myself, uncharacteristically, longing for warmer temperatures and sunshine. My heart that normally thrives in the coziness of winter is desperate for florals and lighter fabrics.
With this beautiful weather, I’m browsing some of my favorite brands to help stave off the winter blues. Are you ready for it too? Are you wanting to refresh some of the items in your Spring wardrobe? I’m excited to share some of what I found with you!
Spring Wardrobe Refresh
- This button front dress is 100% European linen and under $60. There are 14 different designs to choose from.
- And while we are talking about linen, here is flare midi-dress that I have just put on my wish list. I am sharing the floral design but there are seven others to choose from.
- And speaking of florals, I love this shirt I saw on Sezane! There were a couple of things on their site that I am currently loving and have added to my wish list. For example, their Farrow bag is stunning. You can even have it monogrammed!
- Looking for some new denim? These are currently on sale for 50% off and have all sizes and two different washes stocked. I also found these light-washed barrel jeans on sale.
- This poplin midi-dress comes in two different colors and is currently 50% off.
- If you are a lover of classic style, can you have too many button up shirts? I think not! There are some really good deals here: different colors and patterns as well as different fabrics.
- Adding this white denim skirt to my cart ASAP! Right now they have loads of sizes.
- If you don’t have a white eyelet shirt in your spring wardrobe, you need one! And this one is on sale.
- I’m crazy for this textured bow blouse.
- This asymmetrical linen jumpsuit is simply stunning and would be so fun for spring and summer.
- Pens and brooches were big on runways this season. I love this one from Fable England and it is a great price! Wear it on your label, use it to hold a scarf in place, or you could even add it to your handbag as a bag charm. (Check out my post about bag charms here!)
- Do you remember when boat shoes were a thing almost twenty years ago? Well they are going to be a big trend this Spring. I love this pair which looks slightly elevated from the ones I wore “back in the day.”
- Don’t get me wrong! Ya’ll know I love my heels! But I’ve really been eyeing kitten heels lately. I feel like they are just a little more Audrey. A little more practical. I love this style and they come in so many options.
- I am still loving that wide leg pants are still widely available. I just never felt comfortable in skinny jeans. Something that will be very popular this season is the cigarette pant. Not to be confused with skinny pants and jeans that we are use to even though the name with some brands are the same. Even though every body shape can wear them, they look especially great on someone that has an hourglass shape or a rectangle shape as they can accentuate curves.
