TRENDY NAIL STYLES FOR 2025

Does anything make you feel as great as a fresh manicure? Whether you prefer tips or you’re just a straight up polish girlie, it gives you a new kind of confidence.

Top Classic Style Nail Trends for 2025

Dark, Short Nails

Since The Red Lip Society is full of classic loving girls, I had to put this trend first. Short nails are now trending! Dark colors like navy, deep red, and chocolate are very popular now. They add a modern feel to a classic look.

Mocha Mousse

I want to go ahead and mention this color trend since I just mentioned chocolate as a trending look. Mocha Mousse is the Pantone color of the year for 2025. So if dark colors aren’t your thing, try this for a warm, modern neutral.

Russian Manicures

What is a Russian Manicure you ask? Well I didn’t know either! I kept hearing about them in podcasts and reading about how some of my favorite celebs and influencers were getting them. So I had to know!

A Russian manicure is a nail care technique that involves precise cuticle work and shaping with an electric nail file. It is a dry process that involves filing, cutting, and removing the cuticle entirely for a clean look and feel. It’s also known as a dry manicure, combination manicure, or e-file manicure. The Russian manicure can prevent the dry cracking of cuticles or hangnails, thus extending the longevity of the manicure.

Cons to a Russian Manicure? While the end result of a Russian manicure is near flawless, the process of removing the entire cuticle is a bit risky. Some experts warn against it because the cuticle layer can protect the nail bed against infection. Getting a Russian manicure from an unskilled nail artist might be asking for trouble, so make sure you go to someone that knows what they are doing.

Great Nails Don’t Have to Break the Bank

I don’t know about you, but there are times going to the nail salon, for me, is just not ideal. Not only is it an hour out of my day…not only is it expensive….but as an uber-introvert, I find it extremely awkward. Sitting there with someone so close to my face for an hour is uncomfortable. (I realize that this is a me issue.)

I have been on the look out for several months now. I have researched and even tested some products. These products aim to save you and me time and money. We do not have to sacrifice a good manicure.

Manucurist

I’m really excited about this brand. Manucurist is a brand I explored in depth. Its products are 99% plant-based. They are also certified organic. They have a 7 day-polish and a gel system that last ten days. The gel, called Green Flash, can be removed in 1 minute without acetone. Talk about minimizing damage! Click here and enter your email to receive $20 off your first order of $80 or more. I don’t think you will be disappointed with this brand!

Red Aspen Nails

A friend of mine gave me a set of Red Aspen nails a couple of months ago. I was immediately hooked. I didn’t think I would like them, but boy was I misguided.

Putting on my first set didn’t take long at all. It took half the time I would normally spend painting my nails. Once I figured out the size for each nail, the application was quick. It didn’t take ten minutes to put them on. I have gotten so many compliments. People are shocked when I tell them they are Red Aspen!

At the time of this posting, they are having some great sales. Click here to get an amazing at home manicure for yourself.
